Connect to Pancakeswap. Go to app.pancakeswap.org in google chrome or on the browser inside your Metamask app. Connect your wallet. Paste the $BMH token address into Pancakeswap, select $BMH, and confirm. When Metamask prompts you for a wallet signature, sign.
